The Stand Up Menu provides for Finger Food to be tray served to your guest for a period.   Shortly after the Finger Food has been served, a buffet will be set up which contains the Fork items.   This is designed so that the guests can attend the buffet and help themselves to the food. Then using small plates and forks, the guests can continue to mingle and eat, without the need for tables and chairs.

 Stand Up Menu is fully inclusive of small (160ml) plates & forks, serviettes, buffet tables, buffet linen serving equipment and uniformed staff to present, and clear away.    Pricing is based on a minimum of 40 guests. For numbers 25 to 39, we can advise new price pp.

Finger Food Items

Our staff will tray serve finger food for approximately 45 minutes.  A total five items of food per person will be provided:

Mini King Island Beef Pies, Chicken Satay Skewers, Smoked Salmon Blini,

Mini Savoury Filled Croissants, Bocconcini Avocado & Tomato Bruschetta*

Chicken Tortellini Carbonara – Chicken filled pasta rings in a creamy mushroom & white wine sauce

Satay Chicken – Boneless chicken breast strips cooked in an authentic creamy peanut sauce,  Served with steamed rice

Butter Chicken* – A mild curry of marinated chicken, butter, tomatoes and cream, served with steamed rice

Pumpkin Ravioli – Pumpkin ravioli dressed in a Napolitana sauce.

Thai Green Chicken Curry* – A blend of secret spices combined with a touch of lime, mixed with baked chicken and garnished with fresh coriander, served with steamed rice

Chicken Tikka Marsala* – Tandoori chicken simmered in a creamy tomato sauce, served with steamed rice

Ravioli Bolognese – Meat filled ravioli in a tomato Bolognese sauce

Madras Beef Curry* – An authentic Indian curry made with diced prime beef, spices, potatoes, and served with tomato & cucumber raita and steamed rice

Lamb Rogan Josh* – Indian curry of lamb cooked with spices and herbs in a mild sauce. Garnished with almonds, served with steamed rice

Please note for planning purposes, our price allows for the serving of the Finger Food items and hot dishes over a period of one hour and 45 minutes.
