Finger Food Gourmet menu is ideal for special get-togethers, business gatherings, seminars and presentations.  They are great for award nights, private home parties, where a superior range of Finger Food is required, and Weddings.

Our finger food menu is fully inclusive of all serviettes, serving equipment and uniformed staff to present the food, and clear away.    The menu pricing applies to a minimum of 40 guests, and for numbers 25 to 39, we can caluclate new price pp.

If Considering Wedding Finger Food – 14 items pp is suggested.

Gluten Free Finger Food items are available on request.

Finger Food From the Bakery

Cold

Tortilla Pinwheels – Spinach and sundried tomato flavoured tortillas with a variety of gourmet fillings.
Bruschetta – Toasted Turkish bread topped with tomato and Bocconcini cheese.

Hot

Mini Burgers – Homemade burger patties with lettuce, tomato, cheese and caramelised onion.   Served on a delicious brioche bun.
Chicken Schnitzel Burgers – Golden crumbed chicken breast, served with lettuce, pesto aioli, on a mini brioche bun.
Pulled Pork Slider – Slow roasted pulled pork, served with a spicy apple slaw, on a sweet brioche slider. Cocktail size.

Cold

Blue Cheese Baby Cones – Creamy blue cheese with crumbed walnut and pear, served in a bite sized baby savoury cone.
Wild Mushroom Tartlets – Fresh field mushrooms lightly sautéed and held in a light pastry tartlet shell, topped with creamy goats cheese.
Bruschetta Baby Cones – Finely diced tomato, red onion and parsley, lightly dressed in balsamic and olive oil, served in a light savoury baby cone. Pic unavailable

Hot

Spinach and Fetta Triangles – Spinach and Fetta encased in a light puff pastry.
Ratatouille Tartlets – Oven baked pastry tartlets filled with a rich Ratatouille and cheese filling
Korean Kimchi Gyoza – Traditional Korean vegetable filling encased in a golden fried Gyoza dumpling

Finger Food From the Sea

Cold

Smoked Salmon Baby Cones – Tasmanian smoked salmon mousse, topped with caviar and held in a delicate baby pastry cone.
Crab and Mango Tartlets – Shredded crab meat dressed with sweet chilli and fresh coriander, combined with red onion and mango, served in a light pastry tart shell
Salmon Blini – Tasmanian smoked salmon with avocado puree and caviar, served atop a light savoury blini.
Prawn and Mango Salad Boats – Fresh prawns served with mango and a Thai salad.  Individually portioned in a bamboo boat.
King Prawn Avocado on Baguette – Succulent king prawn and fresh avocado spread on French Baguette.

Hot

Salt and Pepper Squid – Lightly crumbed squid pieces with salt and pepper seasoning, and a chilli aioli dipping sauce.
Barramundi Boats – Herb crusted barramundi with cos lettuce, served in a bamboo boat
Tempura Fish and Chips – Crisp tempura battered fish with beer battered fries.  Individually portioned in a bamboo cone and topped with Tartare sauce.
Tasmanian Scallop Spoons – Pan seared Tasmanian scallops served on cocktail spoons, topped with a cauliflower puree.

Cold

Duck Pancakes – Tender duck breast, roasted with hoi sin sauce, and served in a light Asian style pancake, with cucumber and snow pea sprouts.
Thai Chicken Salad Boats – Thai chicken salad served on an individually portioned bamboo boat.
Tandoori Chicken Tartlets – Tandoori chicken with mango chutney, mint and yoghurt.   Served on a short crust pastry tartlet.

Satay Chicken Skewers – Satay chicken skewers served with a lime pickle dipping sauce.
Texas Buffalo Wings – Fiery Texas style chicken wings.

Rare Roast Beef and Caramelised Onion – Crusty French baguette topped with rare roast beef fillet and caramelised onion.
Thai Beef Salad Boats – Thai beef salad served on an individually portioned bamboo boat.

King Island Beef Pies – Tender King Island beef and gravy, encased in a golden flaky pastry.
Lamb Kofta Forks – Spicy Moroccan spiced lamb, held on a cocktail fork with hommos dipping sauce
Mini Beef Wellingtons – Beef fillet with mushroom duxelle, wrapped in a golden short crust pastry.
Moroccan Lamb Pies – Spicy lamb and gravy, held on a golden flaky pastry.
Mini Filet Mignons – Tender beef fillet, wrapped in prosciutto and char grilled in a bite size piece.

Chorizo and Haloumi Pinchos – Spicy chorizo glazed with Kakadu plum sauce, with char grilled haloumi, on top of crusty bread.
Sticky Pork Belly and Slaw – Melt in your mouth roast pork belly with a sticky sweet glaze, topped with spicy apple slaw, held in a bamboo boat.
