Our Banquet Buffet is a combination of Hot Pots and Roast Meats. The Banquet menu can be delivered to you 15 minutes prior to your planned eating time hot, sliced and ready to eat in our Eco-friendly compostable catering food trays.

Formal Banquet Buffet
The Formal Banquet menu is fully inclusive of Uniformed Staff to serve, carve & clear away (for the specified period of the menu), Crockery, Cutlery, Serviettes, Buffet Table/Tablecloth & all Serving Equipment.
Please note for planning purposes, our price allows for the this menu to be served over a period of 1.5 hours. Should you require an extended service time, please let us know and we can arrange this to suit your plans.
